Choosing the right centre
Any Lenovo service center Tamil Nadu side can take your laptop. However, the nearest one is not always the fastest one. For example, a screen swap needs the panel in stock, whereas a board repair needs bench time instead.
So call ahead with your model number. Then we check parts before you travel. Meanwhile, if the fault is urgent, we will tell you which branch can start today.
Coimbatore covers the Kongu region, and every GRV bench is a Lenovo authorised service center, so warranty work is handled at whichever one is nearest. Velachery and Navalur cover Chennai, while Thanjavur serves the delta districts. Similarly, Thoothukudi handles the far south.
What happens when you walk in
First we log the machine and note its condition. Then an engineer opens it and tests the suspect parts. After that you get the fault and the price in writing.
Nothing starts until you agree. Consequently there is no surprise bill at collection. Besides, if the repair is not worth the money, we say so plainly.
Most visits take under twenty minutes. Of course, a full diagnosis on a dead board takes longer. In that case we call you the same day with the result.
Coming from outside these cities
Distance is rarely a problem. Firstly, we arrange collection across much of Tamil Nadu. Secondly, couriered machines get the same written quote as walk-ins. Finally, we return the laptop with a note of the work done.

Yes, in the areas we cover. Send us the model and your pin code and we will confirm.

Do you repair brands other than Lenovo?
Yes. Dell, HP, Acer and ASUS machines come through the same benches every week.
What should I bring?
The laptop and its charger. Bring the bill too if it is still in warranty.
