Bangalore
Our laptop service center Bangalore is built for people whose work stops when the laptop does. Free diagnosis first, a written quote before any work, and a realistic date rather than a vague one. As a Lenovo authorised service center, Lenovo machines get genuine parts.
Most laptops that come into our Indiranagar bench are working machines. Somebody earns a living on them, so the question is rarely just what is broken. It is how fast it can be usable again, and what happens to the data in the meantime.
That shapes how we work here. We diagnose before quoting, we tell you if a temporary fix will get you through the week, and we do not touch the drive without agreeing it first. If the honest answer is that a repair is not worth it on a five year old machine, we say that too.
Not sure what is wrong yet? Read why a hot laptop feels old, or see everything the bench covers.

ThinkPad, Latitude, EliteBook and the rest of the business range. These are built to be opened, which means board level repair is often viable where a consumer machine would be written off.
Cracked panels, flickering, lines and blank displays. Panel and cable get tested separately, because a dark screen is frequently neither.
No charge, no display, no life. Component level repair where the board can be saved. You get told which before anything is ordered.
Failing drives, SSD upgrades, and recovery from disks that still spin. Nothing on the drive is touched without your say so.
Genuine replacements. A battery that dies in an hour is usually just worn, and there is a Windows command that settles it either way.
Blocked fins and dried paste throttle a good machine down to a crawl. Cleaning and repasting fixes most of it for a fraction of a replacement.
Indiranagar puts us within easy reach of Domlur, CV Raman Nagar, Ulsoor, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Marathahalli and the Old Airport Road stretch. Whitefield and Sarjapur are a longer run but a common one.
If you cannot get away from work, collection is usually straightforward across east and south Bangalore. Give us the model and your locality and we will come back the same day.
Managed or asset tagged machines come with constraints, so tell us up front. We will not reimage, wipe or change anything on a managed device without that being agreed, and we can hand you a written fault report to file with your IT team.
Some faults are warranty covered even on company hardware. The Indiranagar bench is a Lenovo authorised service center, so a Lenovo still in warranty is repaired here under its cover. We will tell you when that applies rather than charging you for something you are covered for. You can confirm your own cover in a minute on the Lenovo support site.
Before anything else, say whether there is work on the drive that is not backed up. If the drive is healthy we clone it before we start. If the drive is the fault, that changes the order of operations entirely, and rushing it is how recoverable data becomes unrecoverable.
There is a longer explanation on the data recovery page, and a backup routine worth setting up before you need it in the guides.
If the part is in stock, a screen, battery, keyboard or drive is often same day. Board level work is measured in days, not hours, and we give you a date at the quote stage rather than after.
Not as a rule, but tell us if work is blocked. Sometimes there is a temporary fix that gets you through the week while a part is ordered.
No. The bench is Windows laptops, so Lenovo, Dell, HP, Acer and ASUS. We would rather say so than take the job and learn on your machine.
Not for out of warranty work, and not for chargeable damage. If the machine is a Lenovo in warranty, we repair it here as an authorised service center, so the cover stays intact.
Yes. Installation, field support and multi machine maintenance are a separate side of the business. The contact page is the fastest way in.
