01 — The brief

A call about your city, your space and what you already know. We are honest early if the territory will not carry a bench.

02 — The numbers

Setup cost, parts float, expected volume and what the first year realistically looks like. Written down, not promised on a call.

03 — The bench

Two weeks of training at an existing hub, then we help you open. Your first month runs with our engineer on call.
