Our Hyderabad bench is in Madhapur, next to HITEC City, and the workload reflects that. Most of what comes in is a machine somebody earns on, so the useful question is not only what is broken but how long the person is stuck without it.
We answer that at the quote stage rather than at the end. If a part has to be ordered you are told then. If there is a temporary fix that gets you through the week while the proper repair waits for a part, we offer it instead of keeping the machine because it is neater for us.

Company hardware and asset tagged machines
Managed devices come with constraints, so say so before we start. Nothing gets reimaged, wiped or altered on a managed machine without that being agreed, and we can provide a written fault report for your IT team to file against.
If it is a Lenovo still in warranty, the work should route through an authorised centre so the cover survives. Ours is in Coimbatore, and we will point you there rather than charge you for covered work.
Summer heat is the local fault
Hyderabad summers do something specific to laptops. Ambient temperature above forty degrees means the cooling system has almost no headroom left, so a heatsink that is even half blocked stops coping. The machine throttles, the fan runs constantly, and people conclude the laptop is finished when it is simply overwhelmed.
If your laptop is fine in December and unusable in May, that is thermal, not age. A strip, clean and repaste usually restores the speed it had when you bought it, and it costs a fraction of replacing anything.
The other thing worth saying before we open a machine: tell us if there is work on the drive that is not backed up. Where the drive is healthy we clone it first. Where the drive is the fault, the whole order of work changes, and rushing that step is how recoverable data stops being recoverable.

How quickly can I have it back?
Same day for many in stock part swaps. Board level work is measured in days, and you get a date at the quote rather than afterwards.
Do you handle Mac?
No. Windows laptops only, so Lenovo, Dell, HP, Acer and ASUS.
Can you collect and deliver?
Usually, across the western corridor. Send the model and your area and we will confirm.
Will a third party repair void my warranty?
If the machine is a Lenovo still in warranty, we route it through the authorised centre so it does not. For out of warranty machines there is nothing left to void.
Do you do on site support for offices?

Is the diagnosis free?
