The questions we get most
Will I lose my files?
Not through us. We do not format or wipe a drive without asking you first. If we find the drive itself is failing, we tell you before we touch anything, so you can decide about backing it up.
Do I have to pay to find out what is wrong?
No. Diagnosis comes first and you get the fault and the price in writing. If you decide not to go ahead, that is fine and you owe nothing for the look.
What if it costs more than the laptop is worth?
We will say so plainly. Part of the diagnosis is telling you when a repair does not make financial sense, even though that means we do not get the job.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and whether the part is in stock. You get a realistic timeline with your quote, before you commit, rather than a promise we cannot keep.
Do you work on all brands?
We work across the mainstream enterprise and consumer ecosystems, including Dell, Lenovo, HP and Microsoft devices. Tell us the model and we will confirm before you travel.
Can you collect it, or do I have to come in?
Both work. Walk into any of the four hubs, or get in touch and we will arrange collection in the areas we cover.
