Our Chennai bench sits in Velachery, which is deliberate. It is close enough to the OMR corridor, Guindy and Adyar for people to drop a machine on the way to work, and far enough south that Tambaram and Chromepet are not a two hour trip.

A walk in assessment normally takes about a quarter of an hour. A battery, keyboard or drive swap is often same day if the part is in stock. Board work and ordered parts take longer, and you get a date rather than a shrug.
