Our Kerala bench is in Kakkanad, which puts it inside the Infopark and Ernakulam working area rather than somewhere you have to plan a day around. Most machines that come in are somebody working laptop, so speed and a straight answer matter more than anything else.
The bench does its own diagnosis and its own repair. Nothing is boxed up and sent to another state, which is what usually turns a three day job into a three week one. If the part has to be ordered we tell you that at the quote, not after you have been waiting a week.

If the machine is a Lenovo still under warranty, the work should go through an authorised centre so the cover is not affected. Ours is in Coimbatore, and we will tell you that rather than charging you for covered work.
The first question we ask is whether there is work on the machine that is not backed up. If the drive is healthy we clone it before starting. If the drive is the fault, the whole order of work changes, and rushing that step is how recoverable data stops being recoverable.
