Kochi
Our laptop service center Kochi covers Ernakulam and the Infopark corridor. Free diagnosis first, a written quote before any work, and a date you can plan around. As a Lenovo authorised service center, Lenovo machines get genuine parts.
Our Kerala bench is in Kakkanad, which puts it inside the Infopark and Ernakulam working area rather than somewhere you have to plan a day around. Most machines that come in are somebody working laptop, so speed and a straight answer matter more than anything else.
The bench does its own diagnosis and its own repair. Nothing is boxed up and sent to another state, which is what usually turns a three day job into a three week one. If the part has to be ordered we tell you that at the quote, not after you have been waiting a week.
Not sure what is wrong yet? Read what a black screen usually means, or see the full list of repairs.

ThinkPad, Latitude, EliteBook and similar. Built to be serviced, which means board level repair is often viable where a consumer machine would be written off.
No display, no charge, no life. Component level repair where the board can be saved, replacement where it cannot, decided before anything is ordered.
Cracked panels, flickering, lines and blank displays. Panel and cable tested separately, because a dark screen is often neither.
Failing drives, SSD upgrades and recovery from disks that still spin. Nothing on the drive is touched without your agreement. See data recovery.
Kerala air is hard on boards. Intermittent faults and green residue around ports are usually corrosion, and it is repairable if it is caught early.
Blocked fins and dried paste throttle a good machine badly. Cleaning and repasting restores most of the lost speed.
Kakkanad is convenient for Infopark, Thrikkakara, Vazhakkala, Palarivattom, Edappally, Kaloor, Vyttila and Thrippunithura. Aluva, Perumbavoor and Angamaly are a straightforward run, and we see machines from Thrissur and Kottayam when a repair needs a real bench.
If you cannot get away during the day, collection can usually be arranged across Ernakulam. Tell us the model and where you are, and we will arrange it.
Managed and asset tagged machines come with rules, so tell us before we start. We will not reimage, wipe or alter a managed device without that being agreed, and we can give you a written fault report to file with your IT team.
If the machine is a Lenovo still under warranty, bring the invoice. The Kakkanad bench is a Lenovo authorised service center, so covered work is done here without affecting the cover, and we will tell you when that applies rather than charging you for it. You can confirm your own cover in a minute on the Lenovo support site.
The first question we ask is whether there is work on the machine that is not backed up. If the drive is healthy we clone it before starting. If the drive is the fault, the whole order of work changes, and rushing that step is how recoverable data stops being recoverable.
The data recovery page covers what is realistic and what is not.
If the part is in stock, a screen, battery, keyboard or drive is often same day. Board work takes days rather than hours, and you get a date at the quote stage.
No. The bench is Windows laptops, so Lenovo, Dell, HP, Acer and ASUS. We would rather say so than learn on your machine.
Usually yes, across Ernakulam. Send the model and your area and we will confirm the same day.
Yes. The Kakkanad bench is a Lenovo authorised service center, so Lenovo warranty work is done here and the cover stays intact. The authorised page explains the difference.
Not without asking. Tell us at the counter if there is data that matters.
