Our laptop service center Hyderabad is built for machines that people work on. Free diagnosis first, a written quote before anything is opened, and a realistic turnaround rather than a hopeful one. As a Lenovo authorised service center, Lenovo machines get genuine parts.
Our Hyderabad bench is in Madhapur, next to HITEC City, and the workload reflects that. Most of what comes in is a machine somebody earns on, so the useful question is not only what is broken but how long the person is stuck without it.
We answer that at the quote stage rather than at the end. If a part has to be ordered you are told then. If there is a temporary fix that gets you through the week while the proper repair waits for a part, we offer it instead of keeping the machine because it is neater for us.

Summer heat is the local fault
Hyderabad summers do something specific to laptops. Ambient temperature above forty degrees means the cooling system has almost no headroom left, so a heatsink that is even half blocked stops coping. The machine throttles, the fan runs constantly, and people conclude the laptop is finished when it is simply overwhelmed.
If your laptop is fine in December and unusable in May, that is thermal, not age. A strip, clean and repaste usually restores the speed it had when you bought it, and it costs a fraction of replacing anything.
The other thing worth saying before we open a machine: tell us if there is work on the drive that is not backed up. Where the drive is healthy we clone it first. Where the drive is the fault, the whole order of work changes, and rushing that step is how recoverable data stops being recoverable.

Do you handle Mac?
No. Windows laptops only, so Lenovo, Dell, HP, Acer and ASUS.
Can you collect and deliver?
Usually, across the western corridor. Share the model and your area, and we will confirm a pickup slot.
Will a third party repair void my warranty?
Not for Lenovo. The Madhapur bench is a Lenovo authorised service center, so in warranty work is done under your cover. For out of warranty machines there is nothing left to void.
